摘要
改革开放以来,进城务工人员的贡献有目共睹,但长期以来也积累了诸多问题。社会各界针对进城务工人员问题提出了不少对策,但效果并不明显。之所以出现这种状况,主要是因为没有抓住进城务工人员问题的核心——其家庭成员间明显的空间分离所导致的严重工作家庭冲突。最后,要破解进城务工人员问题,必须以工作家庭平衡为中心推动进城务工人员家庭城市化。
The migrant workers from the rural have made great contribution to the city and rural since the reform and opening up, but they also have a lot of problems in the process. The society from all walks of life gives lots of countermeasures, but has poor efficient due to lack of systematicness and unity. The reason for this situation mainly is we do not seize the core of the problem of migrant workers--significant spatial separation between their family members. In order to solve this problem, we need put work-family balance as the center to promote the family urbanization of migrant workers.
