摘要
喷头的关键结构参数和形式对喷头喷雾性能有重要影响。根据植保喷头试验以及植保喷头参数化设计的基本过程,分析和确定影响植保喷头喷雾性能的关键结构参数,并利用Pro/E二次开发工具,开发出植保喷头的参数化设计模块和界面,减少了设计成本和周期,并可以运用于植保喷头的性能试验研究,得到更好的喷雾性能。
The main structural parameters and forms of the nozzles have very important impacts on sprayability. According to the experiment and the basic process parametric design of plant protection nozzles,the related structural parameters influencing the performances of plant protection nozzles are analyzed and determined. Parametric design module for plant protection nozzles is developed by using secondary development tool of Pro / E,Pro / Toolkit,which not only reduce the cost and time of design,but also can be used on the research of performances of plant protection nozzles and then make it better.
