The Implementation of Food Safety Risk Assessment Mechanism in China

摘要 2009年我国《食品安全法》颁布实施以来,围绕食品安全风险评估制度的实施,在食品安全风险评估机构建设、制度建设、评估的项目、基础数据库建设等方面开展了大量的工作,食品安全风险评估工作取得初步成效。风险评估在食品安全标准制定,食品安全监管,突发事件应急处置及风险交流中发挥了重要作用。 Since the Food Safety Law was issued and taken effect in 2009, there was much progress had been achieved to promote the implementation of the food safety risk assessment mechanism in China, which included the construction and mechanism buildings for food safety risk assessment authorities, the implementation of risk assessment projects and the construction of fundamental databases. A significant improvement had been reached in food safety risk assessment in China and it was playing magnificent role in food safety standards formulation and promulgation, food safety management and supervisions, public health emergency treatment and risk communications.
