血清25-羟维生素D3水平与哮喘患儿免疫功能的相关性研究 被引量:14

Clinical research on the changes in immune function and level of serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D3 in children with asthma

摘要 目的:探讨哮喘患儿血清25-羟维生素D3[25-(OH)D3]水平与免疫功能变化的关系。方法:选取10例健康儿童为A组,26例应用维生素D哮喘患儿为B组,53例未用维生素D哮喘患儿为C组。用酶联免疫吸附法测定血清25-(OH)D3的水平,免疫比浊法检测IgA、IgG及IgM,碱性磷酸酶及抗碱性磷酸酶法行T细胞亚群(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+)的测定。结果:B、C组患儿的25-(OH)D3、IgA及CD4+显著低于A组(P<0.05),C组显著低于B组(P<0.05);B、C组CD4+/CD8+显著高于A组(P<0.05),C组显著高于B组(P<0.05);B组与C组CD8+差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但均低于A组(P<0.05);B组与C组IgM差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但均高于A组(P<0.05);25-(OH)D3水平与IgA、CD+4呈正相关,与CD+4/CD+8之值呈负相关。结论:哮喘患儿血清25-(OH)D3水平降低,免疫功能紊乱,25-(OH)D3水平与免疫功能有相关性,应用维生素D制剂可改善患儿免疫功能。 Objective: To detect the changes in immune function and level of serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D3 of child with asthma.
