摘要
采用自行研发的 5kg级MBDS 10 0型定向凝固炉在不同工艺参数条件下制备 8~ 30mm规格TbDyFe合金棒。围绕磁致伸缩特征 ,本文对材料组织、取向和磁致伸缩行为进行分析。研究结果表明 ,ReFe3 相组织会明显降低磁致伸缩率 ;同一试样中组织不均匀时 ,磁致伸缩率也存在显著差异 ;通过定向凝固得到取向为〔110〕的片状孪晶材料 ,其磁致伸缩率明显提高 ,预应力下磁致伸缩率λ超过 2 0 0 0× 10 -6。
TbDyFe giant megnetostrictive materials(8~30mm)were prepared under different technological conditions on pilot 5kg MBDS 100 directional solidification furnace developed by ourselves The microstructure,grain orientation and magnetostriction behavior of TbDyFe alloys are analysed to investigate the characteristic of magnetostriction The result indicates that ReFe 3 phase decreases the magnetostriction value of TbDyFe alloy,the magnetostriction is varied greatly in different places of a same sample due to nonuniform structure,twin crystals plate form of〔110〕direction obtained by optimum directional solidification has excellent magnetostriction value of more than 2000ppm under pressure
