由于生白云石的成分组成,其被广泛的应用到转炉炼钢生产中,马钢第二钢轧总厂炼钢分厂通过对传统的炼钢工艺进行优化,利用生白云石的化学和物理特性,分别在冶炼和溅渣护炉过程中分阶段分批次加入,使该厂在炉型维护,指标推进以及成本控制上效果显著。
Due the composition of dolomite, raw dolomite is widely applied in the converter production. In Steelmaking Factory of Seeond Steel-RollingPlant in Masteel, the traditional process is optimized.The raw dolomite is added at different stages and batches. This opfirnizadon obtains remarkable result in furnace profile maintenance, indicators promotion and cost control.
