摘要
目的探讨彩色多普勒及二维超声心动图在新生儿先天性心脏病中的应用价值。方法 88例先天性心脏病患儿作为研究对象。所有患儿均实施彩色多普勒及二维超声心动图与多层螺旋CT,对比两种方法的检测结果。结果彩色多普勒及二维超声心动图诊断心内畸形的符合率为100%,高于多层螺旋CT法70%的诊断符合率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。彩色多普勒及二维超声心动图心外畸形的诊断符合率为71%,低于多层螺旋CT法100%的诊断符合率,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒及二维超声心动图在先天性心脏病患儿心内畸形的临床诊断中具有较高的准确度,临床具有推广意义。
Objective To observe the application value of color doppler and two-dimensional echocardiogram to congenital heart disease.Methods Selected 88 newborns with congenital heart disease as the research objects. All treated by color doppler and two-dimensional echocardiogram, compared the test results of two methods.Results The coincidence rate of color doppler and two-dimensional ultrasound beckoning figure within the heart malformation was 100%, the diagnostic accordance rate was higher than that of multi-slice spiral CT for 70%, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). The coincidence rate of two-dimensional ultrasound and color doppler beckoning diagnosis chart extra-cardiac malformations was 71%, lower than the diagnosis value of multi-slice spiral CT of 100% compliance rate, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion Color doppler and two-dimensional echocardiogram has great accuracy of clinical diagnosis on newborns with congenital heart disease, it has great significance of clinical promotion.
