盆腔器官脱垂患者Wntl6和FZD5蛋白的异常变化 被引量:4

摘要 目的检测盆腔器官脱垂(POP)患者Wntl6和FZD5蛋白表达的变化,探讨其相关的临床意义。方法选取手术治疗的POP患者66例为POP组,另取同期因良性疾病行子宫全切术患者20例为对照组。免疫组织化学检测Wntl6和FZD5蛋白的表达。结果对照组Wntl6和FZD5蛋白表达分别为(0.442±0.116)和(0.202±0.041),POP组Wntl6和FZD5蛋白表达分别为(0.314±0.085)和(0.286±0.043),上述指标在两组之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Wntl6和FZD5蛋白表达在Ⅱ度、Ⅲ度、Ⅳ度脱垂患者之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盆腔器官脱垂患者盆底组织中Wntl6和FZD5表达异常,Wnt通路的抑制有可能参与了POP的发生、发展过程。 [Objective] To investigate the changes of Wntl6 and FZD5 in pelvic organ prolapse (POP). [Methods] 66 patients with POP were enrolled in our study. Another 20 non-POP patients was collected as control. The protein expression of Wntl6 and FZD5 was detected by immunohistochemical analysis. [Results] The expression of Wntl6 in control group was (0.442±0.116) and (0.202 ± 0.041), and in POP group was (0.314±0.085) and (0.286± 0.043). There was significant difference between the two groups (P〈0.05). The expression of Wntl6 and FZD5 was significant difference among Ⅱ degree,Ⅲ degree, and Ⅳ degree POP groups (P〈0.05). [ Conclusion] The Wnt signal pathway maybe involve in the nosogenesis and development of POP.
