摘要
目的探讨枸杞蜂花粉提取物对丙酸睾酮复制的大鼠前列腺增生的抑制作用。方法 SD大鼠皮下注射丙酸睾酮,复制前列腺增生模型,随机分成3组:模型对照组、水提物组、醇提物组,每组10只,枸杞蜂花粉水提物和醇提物用生理盐水配制成相当于原料枸杞蜂花粉3g·mL-1的浓度,以0.5mL/100g的容量进行灌胃,连续给药30d,计算各组前列腺湿重、体积以及前列腺指数,光镜下观察前列腺组织形态变化。结果模型组的前列腺重量、体积和前列腺脏器系数均高于空白对照组(P<0.01);醇提物组的前列腺重量、体积和前列腺脏器系数低于模型对照组(P<0.05);水提物组与模型对照组比较各指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论枸杞蜂花粉的醇提物有一定的抑制前列腺增生的作用。
Objective To explore effects of extraction from Bee Pollen of Wolfberry on prostatic hyperplasia rats model induced by testosterone propionate in rats. Methods SD rats were subcutaneously given testosterone propionate 5 mg · (kg ·d) ^1 consecutive for 30 d in rats and rat model of prostatic hyperplasia was established. The model rats were divided into 3 groups: fed with aqueous , alcohol extraction and the same volume of normal saline solution, while rats of blank control group were fed with the same volume of normal saline so- lution. Every group was given daily administration and consecutive for 30 days. One hour after the last admin- istration, rats were killed and the weight of prostate, volume of prostate and prostate index were measured. As well morphological changes of prostate were observed through light microscope. Results Alcohol extraction could reduce the prostate wet weight and prostate index in rat model with benign prostatic hyperplasia as well as it could decrease hyperplasia of glands. Conclusion Alcohol extraction of Wolfberry Bee Pollen has the effect of inhibiting hyperplasia of prostate.
