摘要
目的探讨PDCA循环在硬膜外分娩镇痛质量管理中的应用。方法我们自2013年6月至2014年1月将PDCA循环应用于硬膜外分娩镇痛管理，进行现状调查分析，采用计划、执行、检查、处理循环，寻找硬膜外分娩镇痛中存在的问题并进行持续质量改进。结果与施行PDCA循环前（2013年4～5月）相比，施行PDCA循环后硬膜外分娩镇痛质量改进明显，疼痛有效控制率、镇痛满意度评分及产妇满意度均明显提高（P＜0.05）。结论 PDCA循环应用于分娩镇痛质量管理，可较好地提高镇痛效果和产妇满意度。
Objective To explore the application of PDCA cycle to the quality management of epidural labor analgesia. Methods We applied PDCA cycle to the management of epidural labor analgesia from June, 2013 to January, 2014 and analyzed current situation. With plan, implementation, examination and action, we found out the problems in epidural labor analgesia and improved its quality continuously. Results The valid control rate of labor pain, satisfaction rating of pain-relieving and puerperae＆#39; satisfaction had been significantly improved after the application of PDCA cycle. Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle in epidural labor analgesia management could well improve the analgesic effect and patients＆#39; satisfaction.
