摘要
为研究离子液体对植物纤维素热解行为的影响,以稻草为原料,在离子液体溴化3-甲基-1-乙基咪唑([Emim]Br)中进行热解反应,考察了反应温度、离子液体与稻草的质量比及反应时间对生物油产率的影响,得到热解较佳工艺条件:热解反应温度为230℃,离子液体与稻草的质量比为2∶1,热解反应时间为45 min,生物油得率达到38.1%。对热解得到的生物油进行GC-MS分析,呋喃类和苯酚类物质的含量较高,分别占17.17%和21.98%。
In order to study the effect of ionic liquids on the pyrolysis of plant fiber, the pyrolysis of rice straw in the ionic liquid 1-ethyl-3-methyl imidazolium bromine ([Emim]Br) was investigated in this work. The effects of reaction temperature, mass ratio of ionic liquid to straw, and reaction time on the yield of bio-oil were discussed. The results indicated that the optimum conditions of the pyrolysis were: reaction temperature was 230 ℃, mass ratio of ionic liquid to straw at 2:1, and reaction time was 45 rain. The yield of bio-oil reached 38.1% at the optimum condition. GC-MS analysis of bio-oil from rice straw pyrolysis indicated that the content of furans and phenols were up to 17.17% and 21.98% respectively.
