回收纸塑铝包装粉末填充废旧聚乙烯复合材料的力学和流变性能

Mechanical and Rheological Properties of Recycled Polyethene-Recycled Paper / Plastic / Aluminum Package Powder(r-PE / r-PPA) Composite

摘要 以废旧聚乙烯(r-PE)、回收纸塑铝包装粉末(r-PPA)为主要原料制备了r-PE/r-PPA复合材料,研究不同rPPA质量分数对复合材料力学性能和流变性能的影响。静态力学性能分析表明:r-PPA对r-PE基体具有一定的增强作用,复合材料的拉伸强度和弯曲模量可分别达到最大值18.95 MPa和1 687.43 MPa,但r-PPA使体系的缺口冲击强度降低;旋转流变分析表明:r-PPA的加入使r-PE/r-PPA复合材料表现出剪切变稀现象,呈现假塑性流体的特征,体系出现了"类液-类固"转变;当r-PPA质量分数为40%时,G'和G″的频率依赖性降低,复合材料内部形成了相对稳定的逾渗网络结构,松弛强度增加,损耗功在较宽频率范围内保持不变。 Composite were fabricated from recycled polyethylene and paper/plastic/aluminum package using a two - screw extruder and injection molding. The mechanical and rheological properties of the r-PE/r-PPA composite with various r-PPA contents were investigated. The results showed that the introduction of r-PPA could improve the strength of the r-PE obviously. The maximum of tensile strength with 18.95 MPa and flexural modulus with 1 687.43 MPa of the composite were obtained at r- PPA concentrations of 40 % and 50 % respectively. However, the notched impact strength of the composite decreased with increase of r-PPA content. It was also clear that the composite exhibits shear thinning behavior and was a pseudo plastic fluid with the presence of r-PPA. The material reflected a quasi-solid-liquid phase transition. Moreover,for the composite with 40 % r-PPA, the dependence of G' and G" on the frequency reduced, relaxation resistance increased ,and lost work remained constant over a wide frequency range,due to a relatively stable percolation network structure was formed in the composite.
