摘要
目前,聚乙烯食品包装材料的安全性已经成为食品安全领域不可忽视的重要问题,这些食品包装材料中化学有害物质的迁移是造成问题食品的隐患之一。在国内外研究基础上,开展了食品包装用聚乙烯中抗氧剂含量及迁移的研究。实验通过微波萃取仪(MAE)萃取LLDPE薄膜中的抗氧剂,将所得萃取液进行HPLC测试,得到萃取液中抗氧剂浓度,计算得到薄膜中抗氧剂的含量。通过浸泡实验分析抗氧剂向食品模拟物中的迁移状况,实验比照了8种不同的食品模拟物、3种不同温度和5种不同时间下薄膜中抗氧剂迁移量。研究薄膜中抗氧剂的迁移规律和影响因素。
Currently,the safety of PE and PP food packaging materials had became an important issue that could not be ignored in the field of food safety. Based on the study at home and abroad, the antioxidants content and migration from PE for food packaging were studied. The topic extracted antioxidants from LLDPE by MAE. Inject the sample obtained from MAE to HPLC to test the content of antioxidants. The migration of antioxidants to food simulants was analysed by soaking experiment. The migrations of antioxidants were studied under 8 kinds of different food simulants,3 kinds of different temperatures and 5 different time. The migration laws and influencing factors under different film and different antioxidants were studied.
