为获得满意的带钢检验结果 ,尤其为了鉴别较小的缺陷 ,带钢的检验必须结合采用人工检验和自动检验系统。因此 ,奥钢联机电公司将开发表面质量目测检验系统作为其重要业务之一 ,迄今为不同品质和性能的钢材所配置的所有表面检验系统已证明能成功满足特殊的检验要求。
In order to obtain excellent strip inspection results and, in particular, to identify smaller defect sizes steel strip inspection must be carried out by both a human inspector and an automatic inspection system. For this reason, the development of visual surface inspection systems is one of the main activity fields of VOEST ALPINE Mechatronics. All surface inspection systems implemented up until now for different steel qualities and properties have proved to be successful in meeting the specific inspection requirements.
