摘要
目的:观察通心络胶囊联合瑞舒伐他汀钙对颈动脉硬化患者硬化斑块的影响。方法:120例颈动脉硬化患者按随机数字表法均分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者给予瑞舒伐他汀钙片10 mg,3次/d,口服;观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上给予通心络胶囊3粒,3次/d,口服。两组患者疗程均为5个月。观察两组患者治疗前后总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、甘油三酯(TG),颈动脉斑块大小、斑块厚度、血管内中膜厚度(IMT),纤维酶原激活物抑制剂(PAI-1)、D-二聚体水平及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗前两组患者TC、LDL、HDL、TG、颈动脉斑块情况及PAI-1、D-二聚体水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组患者TC、LDL、TG、颈动脉斑块大小、斑块厚度、IMT及PAI-1、D-二聚体水平均显著低于同组治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);HDL显著高于同组治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:通心络胶囊联合瑞舒伐他汀钙能有效改善血脂、凝血、纤溶系统平衡及颈动脉斑块,且安全性较好。
OBJECTIVE： To study the effects of Tongxinluo capsules combined with rosuvastatin calcium on carotid atherosclerosis plaque. METHODS： 120 patients with carotid atherosclerosis were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Control group was given Rosuvastatin calcium tablet 10 mg orally, 3 time/d. Observation group was additionally given three Tongxinluo capsules orally, 3 time/d. Treatment course of 2 groups lasted for 5 months. TC, LDL, HDL, TG, size and thickness of carotid artery plaque, intermediate membrane thickness （IMT） of blood vessels, fiber enzyme activators inhibitor （PAl-l）, D-dimer level and ADR were observed in 2 groups before and after treatment. RESULTS： The level of blood lipid, the improvement of ca- rotid plaques, PAl-1 and D-dimer of 2 groups had no statistical significance before treatment （P〉0.05）. TC, LDL, TG, size and thickness of carotid artery plaque, IMT, PAI-1 and D-dimer of 2 groups after treatment were significantly lower than before, and those of observation group were lower than those of control group; there was statistical significance （P〈0.01）. HDL of 2 groups after treatment was significantly higher than before, and that of observation group was higher than that of control group; there was statistical significance （P〈0.01）. There was no statistical significance in the incidence of ADR between 2 groups （P〉0.05）. CONCLUSIONS： Tongxinluo combined rosuvastatin can significantly improve blood lipid, blood coagulation, fibrinolytic system balance and carotid atherosclerosis plaque, and show good safety.
