摘要
综述了膀胱癌行回肠代膀胱尿流改道病人的生活质量及其影响因素的研究现状,分析膀胱癌行回肠代膀胱尿流改道病人生活质量的影响因素。提出应借鉴国外的研究方法及结论对我国此类病人进行一定程度的大样本研究,进一步探讨膀胱癌行回肠代膀胱尿流改道病人的生活质量及其影响因素。
It reviewed the research status quo of quality of life of bladder cancer patients with the ileal conduit for urinary diversion and its influencing factors.And it analyzed the influencing factors of quality of life of bladder cancer patients with the ileal conduit for urinary diversion.It put forward that one should draw out the research methods and conclusions in abroad,and carry out a certain degree of large sample research for these patients,so as to probe into quality of life of bladder cancer patients with the ileal conduit for urinary diversion and its influencing factors.
