摘要
利用Hypermesh建立了地铁转向架构架的有限元模型,确定了5种工况下构架的载荷及边界约束条件,对构架进行结构分析。计算了构架在5种工况下的刚度与强度,计算结果表明其满足材料的许用应力要求。最后以满载静止工况为基础,确定了优化方案和具体实现方法,得到了构架的轻量化结构优化方案,为构架的轻量化设计提供了一定的理论基础。
By using Hypermesh,the finite element model of metro bogie frame is set up to define the loads and boundary constraint condition in five working conditions,then the strength and stiffness of the bogie frame in these working conditions are analyzed.The results are in line with allowable stress of material.At last,an optimized scheme is formulated and the lightweight-design bogie frame is designed based on full load static condition.This research provides a certain theoretical basis to the lightweight design of the bogie frame.
