摘要
通过研磨法和涂布平板法对山药(Dioscorea batatas Decne)不同部位的内生菌进行分离,共获得34株菌株,并对这些菌株作拮抗性筛选和生物学特性分析。结果表明,有4株菌株对枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)具有明显的抑菌效果,抑制率均在24%以上,其中菌株HNSQSY04的抑制率最大,达52%;有1株菌株对大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)有抑菌效果。对筛选出的4株菌株做了革兰氏染色和芽孢染色、菌体大小和生长曲线等特性分析,表明HNSQSY04的特征符合芽孢杆菌属,HNSQSY14、HNSQSY24和HNSQSY31均有杆菌的特征。
A total of 34 endophytes were isolated from different parts of Chinese yam rhizomes by grinding method and spread plate method. Inhibition activity against pathogens and its biological characteristics were analyzed. The results showed that four strains preliminarily screened had obvious inhibition to Bacillus subtilis, with inhibition rates of above 24%. Strain HNSQSY04 had the maximum inhibition rate of 52%. One strain had inhibition activity to Escherichia coli. Gram staining, spore staining, growth curve of four strains screened were analyzed. Results showed that HNSQSY14, HNSQSY24, and HNSQSY31 had Bacillus genus features. HNSQSY04 had the features of the genus Gracilibacillus.
