摘要
采用高效液相色谱仪测定不同栽培区附子的6种生物碱含量和相应栽培区土壤养分。结果表明,不同栽培区附子(Aconitum carmichaeli Debx.)的生物碱含量存在明显差异,土壤养分对附子生物碱含量有较大影响,其中全氮和速效磷对附子中双酯型生物碱含量影响作用较大。
Alkaloid content of Aconitum carmichaeli in different region was studied through High Performance Liquid Chromatography（HPLC）.The soil factor was measured to analyze the effects of conent of alkaloid of A.carmichaeli on the Dexb in different region.The results showed that the content of alkaloid in differen region of A.carmichaeli were obviously different.Soil factors like total nitrogen and effcient phosphorus of soil had greatest direct-acting on the content of the diterpenoid alkaloids.The effects of soil factor on the content of alkaloid in different region of A.carmichaeli can be used to provide the basis for planting.
