摘要
收集了市场上可作为面膜基布的13种(1种棉纤维、1种珍珠纤维、2种粘胶纤维、3种铜氨纤维、5种涤纶/粘胶纤维、1种木浆/粘胶纤维)非织造材料,对其带液率、透气性、孔径、弯曲性能(干、湿态)、厚度和断裂强力(干、湿态)等性能进行测试分析。结果表明,工艺和原料相同的情况下,随着面密度的增加,试样厚度变大,孔径变小,透气性和透湿量减小,柔软性变差,带液率变小。对于水刺法涤纶/粘胶非织造布,随着粘胶纤维质量百分比的增加,涤纶/粘胶混纺材料厚度变小,但是孔径、透气性和透湿性、带液率及柔软性变差。不同原料、加工工艺的非织造材料,湿态的柔软性均优于干态。
13 types oi cosmetic mask base fabrics made ot nonwovens were collected, The liquid rate, permeamlity, pore size, bending performance ( dry and wet state), thickness and breaking strength of them ( dry and wet state) were tested and analyzed. The result shows that under the same process and by use of same raw materials, the sample thickness increased and pore diameter, air permeability and moisture transmission, bending stiffness and the liquid rated decreased with the increase of surface density. With the increase of quality percentage of Viscose fiber, the sample thickness made of water punched Viscose and polyester blended nonwovens decreased, and the pore diameter, air permeability, moisture permeability, liquid rate and bending stiffness decreased. The softness of nonwoven materials made of different raw materials and processing technology in wet is superior than in dry.
