摘要
随着矿井开采深度的增加,在高地应力作用下,巷道围岩变形表现为工程软岩的特性,锚注支护能够有效控制工程软岩巷道围岩稳定,据此分析了锚注支护机理及合理锚注支护时机。研究表明,锚喷层及时封闭巷道围岩,可防治围岩风化弱化,改善围岩受力状态;浆液胶结围岩成为成体,提高围岩的受力状态,有效的控制了围岩移动变形;巷道掘进后及时进行锚喷支护,待巷道围岩移动变形区域稳定时实施锚注支护,最终实现围岩稳定。工程实践表明,锚注支护大幅降低了巷道围岩收敛量,实现了围岩稳定。
With the increase of mining depth, under high ground stress, surrounding rock deformation showed engineering soft rock characteristic. Bolting and grouting can effectively control the surrounding rock stability of soft rock roadway, on this basis, the bolt-grouting supporting mechanism and timing injection anchor were analyzed. Research showed that the shotcrete layer can timely seal roadway surrounding rock, prevent rock weathering weakening control, improve the surrounding rock stress state; effectively control the surrounding rock movement and deformation; tunneling after shotcrete, timely anchor-plate retaining, and anchor support when surrounding rock movement regional was stable, which ultimately implemented the stability of surrounding rock. Engineering practice showed that the anchor bolting roadway surrounding rock convergence rate decreased, realized the stability of surrounding rock.
