电网集中监控信息密度对监控效力的影响 被引量:1

摘要 随着国家电网"三集五大"改革的推进,电网的管理模式也发生了巨大革新,原有变电站监控业务纳入调度部门,实现了电网和变电站集中监控合二为一的"大运行"模式。在这种调度模式下,随着接入电网变电站规模的不断扩大,集中监控系统积累了海量数据,给电网集中监控带来的安全风险不容忽视。提出了电网集中监控信息密度和监控效率的概念和计算方法,并对两者的内涵进行分析和探讨。在此基础上,分析了信息密度对监控效力的影响及其内在关系,并利用该数学模型对宁波电网的集中监控信息密度及其对监控效力的影响做了研究分析。 With the reform promoting ,the management mode of grid has also undergone a tremendous innova-tion.Existing substation monitoring business has been included into dispatching department.With the constant expansion of the substation connected to the grid,the centralized monitoring system accumulated vast amounts of data which brought security risks to the grid.The paper presented the concept and calculation method of information density,monitoring effectiveness,and indepth analyses the relationship between them. Besides,it used the model to analyze the impact in Ningbo grid.
