摘要
综述了改变镁-铝合金中β-Mg17Al12相形态的技术,主要包括:快速凝固、机械形变、合金化处理、熔体搅拌和热处理等。镁-铝合金主要由α-Mg固溶体和β-Mg17Al12相组成,处理前Mg17Al12相呈粗大网状连续分布在晶界,且分布不规则;处理后其形态变得细小均匀,弥散分布在α-Mg基体中。最后根据各种技术的工作原理,对其提出了一些展望,期待这些技术更加成熟,得到更加广泛地使用。
The methods of improving the morphology of β-Mg17Al12 phase in magnesium aluminum alloy were summarized in this article, including rapid solidification, mechanical deformation, alloying treatment, melt-stirring method ,heat treatment and so on. The magnesium aluminum alloy mainly consists of α-Mg matrix and β-Mg17Al12 phase. The Mg17 Al12 phase distributed continuously and irregularly at the boundary like a coarse mesh before treatment; it became fine, uniform and dispersed in α-Mg matrix after treatment. Finally, according to the working principles of these technologies, some improvement methods were proposed in order to make the technologies more mature and used more widely.
