摘要
为了探讨蝙蝠葛碱对阿尔茨海默病小鼠脑组织的作用,选择阿尔茨海默病小鼠,随机分成对照组、模型组、治疗组、蝙蝠葛碱组,给予蝙蝠葛碱灌胃治疗后处死小鼠,观察小鼠脑组织形态结构,结果表明,与对照组比较,模型组小鼠神经元数量减少并且变性,与模型组比较,蝙蝠葛碱组神经元形态改善明显,从而得出蝙蝠葛碱可以维持阿尔茨海默病小鼠脑组织神经元正常的组织结构的结论。
Objective: To get the effects of dauricine of brain tissues in Alzheimer' s disease mice. Methods Alzheimer' s disease male mice were randomly divided into control group, model group, treatment group, and dauricine group. After the treatment, all animals were sacrificed, morphology of brain tissues was observed. Results: Compared with the control group, the model group lost normal morphological structure of nerve cells and the number of nerve cells significantly decreased. Compared with the model group, the dauricine group of brain maintained normal morphological structure of nerve cells and the number of nerve cells significantly increased. Conclusion: Dauricine can maintain normal morphological structure of nerve cells of Alzheimer' s disease mice.
