摘要
本试验研究培养温度和光照对黑木耳次生菌丝生长的影响,设计培养温度为15℃、20℃、25℃、30℃、35℃,培养光照为:Olux、6501ux、8501ux、1 150lux、1 9001ux,观察黑木耳次生菌丝生长的宏观和微观形态变化.结果表明:培养温度25℃~30℃黑木耳菌丝生长较快,菌丝较为粗壮,培养温度达30℃时易产生色素;Olux的避光条件下培养适合黑木耳菌丝生长,强光照条件黑木耳会产生较多的锁状联合结构.
This study studies the effects of the incubation temperature and light on black fungus secondary mycelium growth. The designed culture temperature were 15 ℃, 20 ℃, 25℃, 30 ℃, 35 ℃, culture illumination were: 01ux, 650 lux, 850 lux, 1 150 lux, 1 900 lux. The macroscopic and microscopic black fungus mycelium growth morphological changes were observed. The results showed that: at the culture temperature 25℃ -30 ℃, black fungus mycelium grew faster, the mycelium were more robust. When the culture temperature reached 30 ℃, it was easy to produce pigment ; nurture black fungus mycelium growth. On the light condition of 01ux, black fungus produced more lock-like joint structure.
