摘要 为解决提浓偏氯乙烯(VDC)皂化废水用于生产氯化钙过程中处理成本较高的问题,采用机械式蒸汽再压缩提浓技术(MVR)对原3效逆流蒸发工艺进行了改造。实际运行结果表明,MVR可有效延缓列管式蒸发器的结垢现象,每处理1 t CaCl2质量分数约11%的皂化废水可降低费用19.35元,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。 Made transform for original 3 countercurrent evaporation processes using mechanical type vapor recompression(MVR)concentration technology to solve the high treatment cost problem in concentration vinylidene chloride(VDC) saponification wastewater for producing calcium chloride. The actual operation showed that MVR could effectively delay the scaling phenomenon of shell and tube evaporator, the treatment cost was reduced 19.35 yuan/t saponification wastewater with mass fraction of CaCl2 was about 11%.
