摘要
对大鳞鲃(Barbus capito)、草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idellus)、松浦镜鲤(Cyprinus carpio Songpu)、黑龙江野鲫(Carassius auratus)和鲢(Hypophthalmichthys molitrix)5种幼鱼进行96 h急性盐度毒性试验,研究了盐度对5种幼鱼的半致死浓度,及其对鳃和肾脏的组织结构影响。结果显示,5种幼鱼盐度96 h半致死浓度(LC50)分别为12.063、10.322、11.780、12.752和9.654 g/L。5种幼鱼的盐度耐受能力顺序为:鲫>大鳞鲃>松浦镜鲤>草鱼>鲢。观察了盐度对受试鱼类鳃和肾脏的组织切片,结果显示:在盐度胁迫下,受试鱼类鳃小片缩短,细胞间隙增大,鳃小片上皮细胞出现不同程度的水肿,甚至脱落;而肾组织中肾小管出现不同程度的萎缩,肾小管管腔变大。
Experiments were conducted to explore the half lethal concentration ( LC50 ) of salinity and the impact on gill and kidney tissue in 5 juveniles through 96 h acute salinity toxicity test with fresh water test for comparison .According to the results of the acute salinity experiment , the LC50 of salinity in Barbus capito, Ctenopharyngodon idllus, Cyprinus carpio Songpu, Carassius auratus and Hypophthalmichthys molitrix were 12.063 g/L, 10.322 g/L, 11.780 g/L, 12.752 g/L, 9.654 g/L, 9.672 g/L, respectively.Therefore, the sequence of salt-tolerance were: Crucian carp〉Barbus capi-to〉Songpu mirror carp 〉grass carp〉silver carp.Furthermore, the gill and kidney structure of 5 species juveniles were observed under different salinity treatment by using the technology of histological photomicrography .The results showed that, compared to control group, gill lamellae narrowed, intercellular space increased and the epithelial cells appeared e-dema to different degrees , and even fell off; renal tubules atrophied to different degree and the tubular lumen expanded in the treatment under salinity challenge .
