摘要
对比研究了聚丙烯催化剂LYNX1010和国产同类型催化剂(1#)的组成、粒度分布和形貌。通过丙烯聚合小试实验考察了氢气加入量对两种催化剂的聚合活性和氢调敏感性的影响。结果表明,两种催化剂组成和形貌接近,1#催化剂的细颗粒含量较少。在一定的实验条件下,1#催化剂的聚合活性大于LYNX1010;在氢气加入量一定的范围下,催化剂LYNX1010的氢调敏感性好于1#催化剂。
The composition,particle size distribution and morphology of polypropylene catalyst LYNX1010 and domestic same type catalyst (catalyst 1 #) were investigated.The effect of hydrogen amount on the activity and hydrogen response were the studied through the polymerization experiments.The results indicated that the composition and morphology of the two catalysts were the similar,and catalyst 1 # had less fine particle than that of catalyst LYNX1010.Under the experimental conditions,activity of catalyst 1 # was higher than that of catalyst LYNX1010,but hydrogen response of catalyst LYNX1010 was obviously better than that of catalyst 1 #.
