摘要 本科基础教育阶段(一、二年级)实践创新能力培养一直以来是高校创新人才培养过程中的薄弱环节,符合人才培养规律的体系化、贯通化培养,是新时期创新型人才培养的必然趋势。以北京理工大学基础教育学院大学生实践创新基地为例,着重介绍了针对本科低年级学生创新意识、实践能力培养的实践创新基地建设经验,为进一步探索创新型人才培养进行了有益的尝试。 Incubation of practicing and innovating ability for first and second grade undergraduate students has been proven to be under-developed compared with the full process of the universities innovative talents cultivation .The systematic and thorough innovative talents’ cultivation is a prospective trend to fill this blank . Taking the practice and innovation incubator of BIT School of Liberal Arts as an example ,the experience of building a practice and innovation incubator for students in first and second grade is introduced ,which is a promising attempt for further inspection on innovative talents incubation .
