摘要
创新人才培养是新时代学校发展的主题,明确高校实验室在创新人才培养中的地位与作用具有现实与深远意义。指出高校创新人才培养应从实验室硬件资源和软环境建设两方面着手,同时深入分析并阐述了创新人才培养的措施,为新世纪高校创新人才培养提供强有力支撑与保障。
The cultivation of innovative talents is the subject of school developments in this new era .It is important to clarify the status and roles of laboratory in cultivation of innovative talents .The cultivation should focus on the construction and management of hardware and software in laboratories .This article analyzes the measures of the cultivation of innovative talents ,which provides support and guarantee of innovative talents for colleges and universities in this new era .
