摘要
根据绿色化学理念,设计水相Barbier-Grignard反应微型实验制备1-苯基-3-丁烯-1-醇,并应用于基础有机化学实验教学。采用预先活化的锌粉作试剂、大试管作反应容器、制备薄层色谱法为提纯手段,应用折射率和红外光谱对所合成产品进行了表征。结果表明,微型化实验有效地降低了实验成本、节省了实验室空间、培养了学生的环保意识,并且获得了比常量实验更高的产率和纯度,提高了实验教学效果。
Miniaturized aqueous Barbier-Grignard synthesis of 1-phenyl-3-buten-1-ol is designed for students’ organic chemistry experimental teaching on the guide of green chemistry concept .The reaction is mediated by pre-activated Zinc powder ,conducted in big tube and monitored with TLC .The product is purified with TLC and characterized with refraction and IR .Results show that the miniaturization design can effectively reduce experimental cost ,save laboratory space and cultivate the students’ awareness of environmental protection .At the same time ,higher yield and purity than normal synthesis are obtained ,ensuring the effect of experimental teaching .
