摘要
差速器十字轴是一种具有树枝形的对称结构,在塑性加工中存在材料利用率低,设备负荷高的问题。重点探讨了闭塞精密热挤压方法在差速器十字轴精密塑性加工中的应用。通过理论分析与实验证明,采用闭塞热挤压工艺,材料利用率显著提高,设备负荷降低,制造成本减小。
Differential cross axis is a kind of symmetrical structure with tree shape. There is lower material utility and higher loading of the equipment in plastic processing. The application of closed precision hot extrusion method in differential cross axis precision plastic processing was mainly discussed. Theory analyses and experiment prove that: by using closed hot extrusion technology, the rate of material utilization improves significantly, the equipment load reduces and the manufacturing cost reduces.
