摘要
内蒙某铜多金属选厂尾矿中钨含量WO30.40%,由于入选尾矿粒度变细、硫化矿组分复杂、含量分布不均且互相嵌连包含,矿山原有回收工艺已不适合,导致生产中钨的回收率偏低。为了提高钨的回收率,采用离心选矿机预先抛尾—浮选脱硫—重选—强磁选回收细粒钨的联合工艺流程,获得了WO3品位70.58%、回收率58.53%的钨精矿,选别效果较好,有效回收了钨资源。
The content of tungsten in tailings of a certain copper polymetallic mineral processing plant in Inner Mongolia is WO 3 0 .40%, since the fine particle size , complex components of sul-fide, uneven distribution of tungsten content and dissemination with each other in selected tailings , the original recovery process is not suitable , leading to recovery of tungsten is low in production .In order to improve the recovery of tungsten , the joint process of pre -throwing tailings by centrifugal concentrator , desulphurizing by floatation , gravity separating by shaker and high intensity magnetic separation is used to recover fine grain tungsten , obtained a wolfram products concentrate with 70 . 58%WO3 ,58.53%of recovery.The separation results is better , effectively recovered the tailings resources .
