摘要
回顾了30年来我国热轧板带轧制技术的发展,经过热轧板带技术、装备的引进与消化吸收,在其基础上进行的产品创新,以及工艺-装备-产品-服务一体化的自主创新,我国热轧板带技术已经跻身于世界先进行列,完成了工业化过程。在步入后工业化的过程中,我国热轧板带行业必须走新型工业化道路,建立生态化的板带轧制技术体系,解决资源、能源、环境问题,实现轧制过程的减量化、低碳化、数字化,促进我国热轧板带行业和谐、平衡、可持续发展。
The development of hot rolling technology for strip and plate during last 30 years in China was reviewed. After importation ,digestion and absorption the hot strip rolling techniques and equipment , product innovation, and technology-equipment-products-service independent innovation ,Chinese hot strip rolling technology has advanced level in the world, and completed the process of industrialization. In the process of entering the post industrialization, hot strip rolling industry in China must take a new road to industrialization, establishing the ecological system of the rolling technology of plate and strip, solving the problems of resource, energy and environment, realizing the rolling reduction, low carbonization and digitization, promoting hot strip industry harmony, balance and sustainable development.
