摘要
利用升流式厌氧污泥床(UASB)结合2级缺氧.好氧(A/O)处理工艺,对杭州某膜工业公司的制膜废水进行处理。运行结果表明,原水COD为7.1~7.7g/L,UASB的COD容积负荷可达到4kg/(m3·d),水力停留时间48h,厌氧反应器COD去除率达到64%以上,A/O系统的COD去除率达到80%左右,整个系统最终出水COD控制在0.5gm以下,总COD去除率达到92%以上,达到GB8978--1996废水三级排放标准。
The upflow anaerobic sludge bed (UASB) and A/O process was used for treatment of membrane production wastewater of one Film industry company in HangZhou City. The COD of Raw water is 7.1-7.7 mg/L, the volumetric COD loading could reach 4 kg/(m3·d) with HRT of 48 h and COD removal rate over 64%. The COD of the final effluent is under 0.5 g/L and COD removal rate over 92%, which conforms to the Level 3 of GB 8978-- 1996.
