摘要
为解决YP13条烟装封箱机用胶带封箱导致封箱不紧实、无法满足机器人堆垛系统要求等问题,采用热熔胶技术对条烟装封箱机进行了改进:①增加了热熔胶系统,包括ProBlue热熔胶机及配套的输胶管和喷枪.②对热熔胶系统的控制系统和人机界面进行了集成设计.③经过测试,在烟箱侧面对4个小压盖各喷射两条40 mm长的胶线,工作温度为165℃,喷胶相位为86~91°和133 ~ 138°,喷胶效果最佳,可以将成品件烟的大压盖与小压盖牢固粘接.应用效果表明:有效解决了机器人将成品件烟堆垛时存在的外形超限、成品件烟被拉开、条烟散落等问题,故障次数由平均36次/周减少为0,保证了卷烟生产的顺利进行.
The cigarette case sealed with gummed tape in YP13 case filling and sealing machine is not compact enough to meet the requirements of robot palletizing system.Therefore,the machine was improved as following:1) Adding a hot melt adhesive system,which included ProBlue hot melt adhesive machine and adhesive conveying pipe and glue gun.2) Integrating man-machine interface and the control system for hot melt adhesive system.3) Applying two glue lines (40 mm in length) to each small flap.The gluing phases were 86°-91° and 133°-138° at a temperature of 165 ℃.The results of application showed that the big and small flaps were stuck together firmly,the problems of oversize case,torn case and cigarette carton falling off were effectively avoided.The average failure frequency reduced from 36 times/week to 0.
