摘要
本文分别对党建工作和企业文化进行了论述,并在此基础上对二者的共性特点及其对企业发展的影响进行分析,从而为今后企业的发展提供参考依据。
This paper respectively discusses the party construction and enterprise culture, and on this basis analyzes the common features and their influence on the development of the enterprise, which provide reference basis for the future development of the enterprise.
