摘要
目的:运用静息态功能性磁共振成像技术探讨心包经经脉(经穴)与大脑的功能关系。方法:对14名健康人进行功能性磁共振扫描,包括第1次单纯静息态扫描(R1)、针刺该经脉全经腧穴后扫描(AP)和第2次静息态扫描(R2),应用REST软件对数据进行低频振幅(ALFF)分析。结果:AP与R1配对t检验结果显示,ALFF信号减弱差异脑区为左侧扣带后回、海马回、边缘叶、枕上回和枕中回;ALFF信号增强差异脑区为双侧额上回、右侧边缘叶、扣带回、额中回、额内侧回。结论:前额叶皮层(PFC)(额内侧回/额上回/额中回)、边缘系统(边缘叶/扣带后回/海马回)是针刺后ALFF信号显著增强区域,且在针刺延时效应中PFC部分脑区ALFF信号依然显著增强,提示针刺心包经全经经穴后脑内ALFF变化主要在PFC和边缘系统,这些区域与情绪、记忆等认知功能密切相关,为阐释针刺该经脉腧穴治疗情绪、记忆障碍类疾病提供一定的理论依据。
Objective : To examine changes of the Amplitude of Low Frequency Fluctuations for the Blood Oxygen Level Dependent signal in brain after needle all acupoints on Xinbao meridian by resting state functional magnetic image (fMRI). Methods: Fourteen healthy participants were recruited in this trial. The scanning involves the resting state 1 (R1), the acupoint stimulating( AP) and the resting state 2 (R2). All scan imagery were analyzed by Rest Toolkit. Results: The signal weaken between R1 and AP by paired t-test mainly appeared left posterior cingulated, left parahippocampal gyrus, left limbic, left superior occipital gyrus and left middle occipital gyrus. The signal enhancement included bilateral superior frontal gyrus, right limbic, right eingulated, right middle frontal gyrus and right medial frontal gyrus. Conclusions: The result about Prefrontal cortex (medial frontal gyrus, superior frontal gyrus, middle frontal gyrus) and limbic system which ALFF signal were enhanced after needle all acupoints demonstrated the Xinbao meridian was closed related cognitive function emotion and memory. This founding suggested this meridian had potential effects on the mental disorder and the nervous diseases.
