摘要
目的编制护理硕士专业学位研究生专业能力自评问卷，并对自评问卷进行信度和效度的检验。方法在《护理硕士专业学位研究生专业能力评价指标体系》基础上，形成护理硕士专业学位研究生专业能力自评问卷，并对全国18所招收护理硕士专业学位院校的317名护理研究生进行测评，对问卷进行信度和效度分析。结果护理硕士专业学位研究生专业能力自评问卷由7个维度，57个条目组成，问卷总体的Cronbachg α系数为0．961，各维度的Cronbachg α系数在0．834～0．914之间；问卷与注册护士核心能力量表修订版中内容相近维度的得分呈中度相关；利用探索性因子分析对自评问卷57个条目进行分析，发现各条目在相应共同因子上的载荷在0．356-0．838之间，7个共同因子累计贡献率为58．41％，自评问卷的因子结构与理论构想基本一致。结论护理硕士专业学位研究生专业能力自评问卷具有良好的信度和效度，适用于护理硕士专业学位研究生专业能力的评价。
Objective To develop a self- rating questionnaire to assess Master of Nursing Specialists＇ professional competence and to test the reliability and validity. Methods The questionnaire was formulated on basis of Evaluation System Indictor of Professional Competence for Master of Nursing Specialist, Total- ly,317 Master of Nursing Specialists from 18 universities in China were investigated to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire. Results The ques- tionnaire comprised 7 dimensions and 57 items, the Cronbaeh＇s α coefficient of overall questionnaire was 0. 961, and the Cronbach＇s α coefficient of eaeh subseale ranged from 0. 834 to 0. 914. The questionnaire had medium correlation with registered nurses core competence scale on close dimensions. Exploratory factor anal- ysis was used,factor loading of each item ranged from 0. 356 to 0. 838 ,the cumulative contribution rate of seven common factors was 58.41%. The factor structure was basically identical with theoretical supposition. Conclusion Master of Nursing Specialist professional competence self - rating questionnaire has been proved to be reliable and valid for assessin~ Master of Nursing Soecialists＇professional comoetence.
