摘要
异烟酸-吡唑啉酮分光光度法测定水中氰化物时受到多种因素的影响,为解决这一问题,分别从监测准备、样品采集和保存、样品预处理、样品分析等方面提出了相应的质量控制措施,以保证氰化物测定结果的准确性。
A variety of factors interfered with the process using isonictinic acid-pyrazolone spectrophotometry to determine cyanide in water. The corresponding quality control measures are proposed from aspects of monitoring preparation, sample collection and preservation, the pretreatment of the sample, sample analysis, in order to ensure the accuracy of the determination of cyanide.
