摘要
以1,3,5-三羟甲基环己烷为中心核,2,2-二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为合成单体,对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,采用一步法制备超支化聚酯多元醇,并对合成条件中-1,3,5-三羟甲基环己烷和DMPA的不同配比、反应温度对其酸值、羟值、稳定性的影响进行研究。结果表明,反应温度150℃,DMPA与1,3,5-三羟甲基环己烷的摩尔比为2∶1为最佳合成条件,产品分散稳定性好。
Hyperbranched resin dispersant was synthesized by 1,3,5-trimethylol cyclohexane and 2,2-dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA). Effects of ratio of 1,3,5-trimethylol cyclohexane to DMPA, reaction temperature, reaction time, vacuum level and vacuum time on acid value, hydroxyl value and stabilization in ink were studied. The result showed that the optimal conditions to synthesis hyperbranched dispersant were:the molar ratio of DMPA to 1,3,5-trimethylol cyclohexane was 2:1, reaction temperature was 150℃, reaction time was 15h, vacuum degree was 40kPa, vacuum time was 12h. The dispersion stability was superior.
