摘要
为了更好地实现优化布置、节约投资、加快进度的目的,在新疆柳树沟水电站工程的设计过程中,通过方案的技术经济比较,确定泄水建筑物由导流兼泄洪洞、溢洪洞等组成;经过整体水工模型试验论证,妥善解决了枢纽泄水建筑物体型设计及泄洪消能等问题。目前,柳树沟水电站已投产发电一年多,运行正常,经济效益良好,实现了预期目标。通过总结柳树沟水电站的泄水建筑物设计,对类似工程的设计有一定借鉴作用。
To better achieve the purposes of optimized layout ,saving investment ,accelerating construction progress ,in the design of Liushugou hydropower project ,the hydraulic structure was composed of diversion and flood discharging tunnels and spillway tunnels after technical and economic comparison .Through detailed simulation of the integral hydraulic model test ,the questions of structure body design ,flood discharge and energy dissipation were solved properly .Currently ,this project has been safely operating for more than 1 year .It made great profit and achieved anticipative aims .This paper summarized the design of hydraulic structures of Liushugou Hydropower Station in the hope of providing references to similar engineering designs .
