摘要
目的比较分析介入室可复用器械集中管理前后清洗质量的效果。方法介入室自行清洗、包装待灭菌包50个,抽取其中的350件器械进行清洗质量检测为对照组,供应室集中管理、清洗、包装待灭菌包50个,抽取其中的350件器械进行清洗质量检测为实验组。采用目测法、白纱布擦拭法、ATP检测法进行清洗质量检测。所有检测均由经培训的同一名护士完成。结果实验组采用目测法、白纱布擦拭法、ATP检测法的合格率分别为98%、94%、94%,对照组分别为86%、75%、72%,两组3种检测方法的合格率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论介入室可复用器械集中管理提高了器械的清洗质量,使器械得到合理保养,延长器械的使用寿命,减少器械生锈和降低报废发生率,降低医院成本,有效预防医院感染,为临床科室提供更好的优质护理。
Objective To compare and analyse the effect of cleaning quality before and after centralized management for interventional room reusable instruments. Methods 350 pieces of apparatus extracted from 50 sterilization packages self cleaned and packaged by interventional room were given the detection of cleaning quality (the control group),350 pieces of apparatus extracted from 50 sterilization packages centralized management,self cleaned and packaged by sup-ply room (the experimental group).The visual method,the white gauze wipe method,ATP method were used to detect cleaning quality.All detection were performed by the same nurse trained. Results The qualified rate of the visual method, the white gauze wipe method,ATP method was respectively 98%,94%,94% in the experimental group while in the control group,it was respectively 86%,75%,72%,and there was a statistical difference of qualified rate of 3 detection method between the two groups (P〈0.01). Conclusion Centralized management of interventional room reusable equipments improve the cleaning quality of equipment make the equipment maintenance reasonably,extends equipment life, reduce the equipment rusting and reduce scrap rate,reduce hospital costs,effectively prevent hospital infection so as to provide the better?high quality nursing for clinical departments.
