摘要 目的探讨胰岛素泵治疗对2型糖尿病患者同型半胱氨酸(HCY)、C反应蛋白(CRP)的影响。方法选择确诊为2型糖尿病的患者52例为糖尿病组,同期在本院健康体检者30例为对照组。检测两组受试者的HCY、CRP水平。持续皮下胰岛素输注治疗6 d后再次检测血清HCY、CRP水平,进行比较分析。结果糖尿病组HCY及CRP水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05),胰岛素泵治疗后血清HCY、CRP水平低于治疗前(P<0.05),血清HCY与CRP呈显著正相关(r=0.649,P<0.05)。结论 HCY和CRP是糖尿病血管并发症的危险因素,持续皮下胰岛素输注治疗可改善HCY和CRP水平。 Objective To investigate the effect of insulin pump treatment on homocysteine (HCY) and C-reactive pro-tein (CRP) in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 52 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes (diabetes group) and 30 cases of healthy subjects (control group) were selected,serum levels of HCY and CRP were detected.Levels of HCY and CRP were measured again after continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion treatment for six days. Results The serum HCY and CRP level of diabetes group were higher than those of control group (P〈0.05).After six days treatment,HCY and CRP were lower than those before treatment (P〈0.05).HCY level was positively associated with CRP (r=0.649,P〈0.05). Conclusion The increase of serum HCY and CRP level are independent risk factors for diabetic vascular dis-ease,continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion treatment can improve HCY and CRP level.
