摘要
目的了解丽水市莲都区农村居民对甲状腺疾病的认知情况,为相关部门制定政策或开展甲状腺疾病相关研究提供参考依据。方法 2013年7—8月,应用自行设计的调查问卷,对丽水市莲都区12个行政村共150名农村居民甲状腺疾病认知情况进行调查。结果丽水市莲都区农村居民对甲状腺疾病认知程度较低。对甲状腺疾病的知晓率仅26%,特别是老年人的知晓率仅4%,对甲状腺疾病预防方法的知晓率为49%,对甲状腺的关注度仅6%,认为患甲状腺疾病会对日常生活有影响者只占48%,52%的调查对象不知道甲状腺疾病与碘的关系。结论政府相关部门应加大新农村建设的范围,制定相关政策或措施让农村居民也能对甲状腺疾病做到早预防、早诊断、早治疗,真正提高农村居民的健康保健水平和生存质量。
Objective To understand the cognition on thyroid diseases of rural residents in Lishui and to provide reference for further research on thyroid diseases. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was applied to survey 150 rural residents on their cognition on thyroid diseases. Results Rural residents in Lishui had poor understanding on thyroid diseases. Awareness rate of thyroid disease was only 26%and that of the old only 4%. Regarding to the prevention of thyroid disease, the awareness rate was 49%. Only 6%of the interviewees once concerned the disease and 48%of them knew the influence of the disease on daily life while 52%of them understood the relationship between thyroid disease and iodine. Conclusion It is urgent to establish policies and take measures to help rural residents to know more about thyroid diseases and take preventive measures.
