摘要
目的基层社区中心更应重视老年患者的用药安全。方法对某社区中心2013年全年60岁及以上患者的处方进行统计分析。结果合格率87.5%,不合格12.5%,其中联合用药不合理者占8.9%,因联合致不良反应增加者占0.6%,配伍禁忌者0.4%,用法用量不合理者1.2%。结论老年患者用药现状不乐观,呼吁全社会医务人员及家属都来重视老年患者的用药安全问题。
Objective Grass-roots community center should pay more attention to the safety of elderly patients.Methods The Statistical analysis is based on all the prescriptions of patients over 60 years old from a community center in 2013.Results The rate of qualified prescriptions is 87.5%, while 12.5% are unqualified.Among them , unreasonable combination therapy accounted for 8.9%,which therefore lead adverse reactions to increase by 0.6%, incompatibility accounted for 0.4%, inappropriate usage and dosage accounted for 1.2%.Conclusion Elderly patients＇medication situation is not optimistic.We should call on all the medical staff and related families to pay more attention to drug safety problems in the elderly patients.
