摘要
目的观察疏肝散结方中药对初发甲状腺功能正常桥本甲状腺炎(HT)患者治疗效果。方法以初发甲状腺功能正常HT患者为研究对象,随机分为治疗组、对照组,每组各60例,治疗组予自制疏肝散结冲剂,对照组予安慰剂,疗程3个月。观察两组治疗前及治疗后甲状腺激素水平(FT3、FT4、TSH)、自身甲状腺抗体(TRAb、TGAb、TPOAb)、甲状腺大小(B超观察甲状腺各径线数值)变化。结果中医症候总疗效比较,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组TGAb、TPOAb、TRAb水平较治疗前及对照组均有降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组甲状腺肿大水平较治疗前及对照组均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疏肝散结方可改善HT临床症状、体征及相关的机体免疫功能紊乱。
Objective To observe the effect of Shugan Sanjie Formula on early Hashimoto′s thyroid-itis（HT）in the patients with normal thyroid function.Methods HT patients with normal thyroid function at early stage were as the subjects and randomized into a treatment group and a control group,60 cases in each one.In the treatment group,the self-prepared Shugan Sanjie Infusion was applied.In the control group,the placebo was used.The duration of treatment was 3 months.The thyroid hormone levels（FT3,FT4,TSH）,the thyroid antibodies（TRAb,TGAb,TPOAb）and thyroid size （radial line values in B ultrasonic test）were ob-served before and after treatment in the two groups.Results In comparison of the total efficacy of TCM symptoms,the result in the treatment group was apparently better than that in the control group（P〈0.01 ）. The levels of TRAb,TGAb and TPOAb were reduced as compared with those before treatment and those in the control group,indicating the significant difference（P〈0.05）.The degree of thyroid swelling in the treat-ment group was different significantly as compared with that before treatment and the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Shugan Sanjie Formula relieves HT clinical symptoms,physical signs and related body immune disturbance.
