摘要
微型燃气轮机发电站工作原理复杂,需通过解耦处理,设计分部件多回路控制器,方可实现准确控制。本文将某型微型燃气轮机发电站的控制规律分解为功率环、温度环和转速环,深入研究了转速、排气温度、功率三个核心闭环控制的控制算法。通过仿真计算验证了控制算法的先进性以及控制参数的合理性。因此,功率闭环、温度闭环和转速闭环综合解耦控制的方式适合于微型燃气轮机发电站的应用。
Micro-turbine generator is a kind of power generation equipments.It' s a complex system.According to the composing of Micro turbogenerator, this thesis designs the multilevel controller by decoupling the processing and deeply researches on the control algorithm of speed control loop, the turbine exhaust temperature closed loop and the power closed loop of Micro turbogenerator.At same time, the simulation results has been given out, which confirms that the control algorithm is legitimate and the control parameters is advanced.Therefore, the control algorithm of speed control loop, the turbine exhaust temperature closed loop and the power closed loop is suitable for the application of Micro-turbine generator.
