摘要
汽车电动助力转向是当前汽车安全性和舒适性等方面研究的重点。通过对汽车转向机构的分析和改造,设计了基于小型货车的电动助力转向系统,并在此基础上提出了模糊PID控制算法,有效地满足了模糊判断和反馈控制的需求。采用MATLAB进行模型仿真,得到了较好结果,证明算法有效地改善了转向盘的转矩输出曲线,为转向过程的灵活性和实时性提供了保障。
Electric power steering (EPS) is the key topic of safety and comfort in automobile industry. Based on analysis of steering mechanism and structure of car, one solution of electric power steering system is designed. One algorithm of fuzzy-PID is given in this paper, which can fit the command of fuzzy control and feedback, the good result is got by MATLAB. it is proved that the algorithm can improve the torque output curve of steering wheel,which provides protection for flexibility and re-al time in steering.
