摘要
文章研究了挤压机预处理对餐厨垃圾理化性状的影响,以及经过不同挤压孔径的处理后的厌氧消化性能的影响。本研究采用孔径为3 mm,5 mm,7 mm,9 mm和12 mm的挤压孔径分别挤压处理餐厨垃圾,并利用挤出的浆液做中温批式厌氧消化实验。实验结果表明,挤压预处理可以将原生餐厨物料中的VS/TS由90.7%提高到96.4%(3 mm挤压孔径),将sCOD/tCOD由9.2%提高到16.1%,将单位TS产气量提高了约75%(10天的发酵时间),因此挤压预处理能够有效提高餐厨垃圾物料的厌氧发酵性能。
Abstract: Influence of extrusion pretreatment on physicochemical properties of kitchen waste, as well as the performance of anaerobic fermentation of extruded slurry through different extrusion aperture were studied. The different extrusion aperture diameters were 3 mm, 5 ram, 7 mm, 9 mm and 12 mm, respectively. The results showed that, the extrusion pretreatment could increase VS/TS from 90.7% to 96.4% (3mm aperture diameter ), sCOD/tCOD from 9.2% to 16.1%, and the gas production per unit 'IS increased by about 75% ( 10 days fermentation).
